How our cities would be in the XXI Century, if our technology knowledges were frozen in the 1800s ?

The Retro Futuristic City talks about a society who stoped its technological development in the Industrial Era, this project was developed in the Institute for Experimental Urbanism at the University of Innsbruck, led by Peter Trummer in collaboration with David Ruy.

The idea, was to create a completely invented city, considering it as a system, ruled by the same parameters, and developed  in the most realistic possible way, as if that place have really existed.
